Scope:
- Responsible for supporting and optimizing enterprise innovation platforms, cloud services, integrations, APIs, automation workflows, and digital tools to enable efficient delivery of innovation initiatives.
- The role focuses on platform operations, technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions
What you'll do:
- Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise innovation platforms, tools, environments, and shared technical services.
- Assist architects and senior engineers in translating innovation requirements into platform capabilities, technical tasks, integration needs, and supportable solution components.
- Build, configure, test, and support platform components such as APIs, automation workflows, data connections, cloud services, low-code solutions, dashboards, and reusable templates.
- Provide technical support for proof-of-concepts, prototypes, pilots, and innovation use cases by helping with environment setup, access management, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution.
- Monitor platform health, performance, integrations, jobs, automations, and service availability; identify issues and coordinate timely remediation with appropriate teams.
- Support secure platform operations by following enterprise standards for identity, access, data protection, change control, vulnerability management, logging, and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support guides, onboarding materials, runbooks, release notes, known issue logs, and platform knowledge articles.
- Partner with users, business teams, and technical stakeholders to triage incidents, answer platform questions, capture enhancement requests, and improve the user experience.
- Participate in release, deployment, testing, and change management activities to ensure platform updates are delivered safely and with minimal disruption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive support tasks, simplify onboarding, improve monitoring, and enhance platform reliability.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in technology roles such as platform engineering, application support, cloud operations, integration support, DevOps, automation, data platforms, or enterprise application delivery.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise platforms, innovation tools, cloud-based solutions, integrations, automation workflows, or production support environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise platforms, cloud services, applications, integrations, APIs, automation workflows, and shared technology services.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including identity and access, monitoring, storage, compute, networking basics, and platform operations.
- Experience with innovation-enabling technologies such as automation platforms, analytics tools, AI-enabled applications, low-code platforms, collaboration tools, workflow solutions, or digital experience platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, integration patterns, event-driven concepts, data pipelines, reporting, and troubleshooting data or interface issues.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, access management, data protection, compliance, change control, incident management, and production support practices.
- Experience with tools such as API gateways, MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, source control, and workflow automation platforms.
- Ability to support proof-of-concepts and pilots by setting up environments, validating integrations, documenting issues, coordinating fixes, and preparing solutions for operational handoff.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, customer support, and collaboration skills with an ability to work across business, engineering, architecture, and operations teams.
