Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Data Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic enterprise accounts, and positioning our data center solutions as the preferred choice for enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional sales, pre-sales, and operations teams to deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets and ensure long-term client retention.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Account Management & Revenue Growth: Own a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts, developing execution roadmaps to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across colocation, cloud, managed services, and connectivity.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-level executive decision-makers, internal solution architects, and cross-functional teams to design customer-centric solutions and close complex deal cycles.
Service Governance & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for account escalations, ensuring proactive risk management, high customer retention, and strict alignment with operational and contractual standards.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of enterprise sales and account management experience, including experience in data center, cloud, or Information Technology infrastructure services.
Strong knowledge of colocation, connectivity, cloud infrastructure, managed hosting, and data center operations.
Proven ability in consultative solution selling, executive-level stakeholder management, and negotiating complex multi-million-dollar contracts.
Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree in Business or Technology preferred.
