The ECX Integration Lead - O2C and I2R Customer Care supports Mergers & Acquisitions activities for Enterprise Experience Customer ECX Delivery stream. You are responsible for the successful integration of all Order to Cash (O2C) and Issue to Resolution (I2R) / Customer Care related activities for the acquired companies into the desired business model, processes, and systems within the existing organization, balancing global standardization with regional, functional of acquired company needs. In addition to M&A activities, you may act as the functional leader or subject matter expert (SME) when there are upgrades or replacements to existing process or business systems.

What you will do

  • You will help determine the resource requirements and define structure to support the M&A pipeline for ECX
  • You will help define clear roles for the future ECX M&A team
  • You will lead the functional review and activities to support successful implementation of the project
  • You ensure alignment with existing practices and procedures, processes, systems, and organizational designs
  • You participate in meetings (e.g., Pre- Discovery - Discovery - Process Walk Through- Hypercare) related to the Project
  • You act as the interface with internal business units and stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • You will create/maintain standard templates to be used during the different phases of the project
  • You involve others to assist where needed (e.g., super users to execute the Process Walk Through, providing the Training and subject matter experts on an ad hoc basis when needed)
  • You support the development and management of WRICEF (Works Flow - Reports - Interface - Conversion - Enhancement - Forms)
  • You work closely with the Project Manager of each project to set the right priorities

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel up to 10% of the time to customers.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline. Additional business related degree/experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' Customer Success experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with SAP
  • Minimum 8 or more years of business work experience with broad exposure to various business segments, with previous experience of cross functional projects and end to end process implementation / improvement
  • Minimum 7 years' experience with depth End to End process and system knowledge (Order to Cash (O2C) and Issue to Resolution (I2R) / Customer Care)
  • Minimum 5 years' Software industry experience

For this role, the Total Target Compensation is from $111,500.00 - $139,400.00 with an annual target bonus of 8% of base. Our benefits for the US can be found here. This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
