Who We Are:

Taiv is a fast-growing tech startup located in Winnipeg, Canada. Taiv uses AI to make business TV more fun, engaging, profitable, and easier to manage, starting with bars and restaurants. We've built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games. Our tech also automates the manual AV tasks that venues have to do every day, to make bar management easier, standardized, and more profitable. We're venture-capital backed and graduated from Y Combinator, the world's top tech accelerator, in winter 2020. Program alumni include Airbnb, Instacart, DoorDash, etc. (www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies).

We are looking for an Enterprise Coordinator to join our growing team!

What We're Looking For:

Taiv's enterprise business is growing. We're signing deals with multi-unit restaurant and bar groups across the country, and pilots are the proving ground: a smooth pilot is what turns a group of five locations into a full chain rollout. Getting that right matters.

This role sits between our enterprise sales team and our account managers. You'll guide the client through the pilot phase, keep every moving part on track, and hand off a live, healthy account to the AM who will own it from there.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage the rollout. From the moment a deal closes, you're responsible for bridging the gaps and getting it live. You'll coordinate between the Enterprise Sales Rep, the Account Manager, AV Operator, and the venue's team to make sure every pilot and enterprise deployment goes live on time and on spec.

  • Be the guide through the pilot. Enterprise clients are evaluating whether to expand. You'll be their main point of contact from contract signed to go-live, making sure the experience they have during the pilot is the reason they say yes to a full rollout.

  • Build the handoff package. Before any account moves to the AM, you'll make sure there's a complete record: venue specs, client contacts, agreed expectations, and any outstanding items. No dropped context.

  • Catch what slips. You'll track open items across multiple deals at once and make sure nothing falls through. If a venue contact hasn't responded, a spec is missing, or a timeline is drifting, you'll know before it becomes a problem.

Who You Are:
  • You stay on top of multiple things at once without dropping any of them. You have a system, whether that's a tracker, a checklist, or something you built yourself that is used effectively and efficiently.

  • You write well. Not fancy, just clear. When you send an update, people know what's happening and what they need to do.

  • You're comfortable talking to clients. You can set expectations, deliver an update that isn't what someone wanted to hear, and keep a conversation professional without being stiff.

  • You see where the process is broken and want to fix it. When something is manual and repetitive, your instinct is to document it and make it repeatable.

  • You pick up new products quickly. You don't need to be technical, but you need to be willing to understand how things work well enough to coordinate around them.

  • You move with urgency. When something is time-sensitive, you don't wait for someone to tell you twice.

Your Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, client success, or a similar role where you were responsible for keeping things on track.

  • Experience managing relationships with external clients or partners, not just internal teams.

  • Comfortable with project management tools like Monday.com, Notion, or Asana. You don't need to know Taiv's specific stack on day one, but you should have used something similar.

Nice To Have:
  • Background in a startup or fast-moving environment where process was still being figured out.

  • Experience in tech, media, or hospitality.

  • You've written an SOP, an onboarding doc, or a rollout checklist before.

Perks:
  • Employee stock options

  • 100% employer-covered health benefits

  • Flex-time & unlimited paid vacation

  • Gym membership reimbursement

  • Catered lunches 3x per week

  • Dog-friendly office

  • Hybrid work model

  • Free parking on-site

Job Details:
  • Job type: Full-time

  • Salary: $55,000 – $58,000 per year + stock options

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Ability to commute: can reliably commute to the office (required)

Skills Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, client success, or similar role
  • Experience managing relationships with external clients or partners
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Monday.com, Notion, Asana or similar)
  • Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Winnipeg, MB before starting
  • Strong written communication skills (clear, concise updates)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks without dropping items (use of trackers/checklists)
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and setting expectations professionally
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new products and processes
  • Ability to move with urgency on time-sensitive items
  • Background in a startup or fast-moving environment
  • Experience in tech, media, or hospitality
  • Experience writing SOPs, onboarding docs, or rollout checklists
