The Role
We are looking for a technical lead for our enterprise web development team.

Unlock Health is a full-service strategic growth platform for healthcare organizations. Our enterprise web development team is passionate about building beautiful and truly functional websites that deliver real value to our clients. Our healthcare client’s websites are the digital front door to their organization and we strive to be their most valuable web partners. Our clients trust us to ensure that we are following best practices and coding standards with their web applications.

The enterprise technical lead must have an expert level of knowledge with the Adobe Experience Manager and Sitecore CMS platforms. Familiarity with Drupal is also a plus. We are looking for someone who can build custom templates, taxonomies, and functionality within both AEM and Sitecore. This person will be expected to be able to perform the duties required to implement the project requirements, as well as lead internal developers and contractors to achieve the project goals.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their prior experience with implementing project requirements into both .NET and Java enterprise CMS platforms. As a technical lead, you will also be responsible for assisting with setting milestones, defining project requirements, and accurately scoping new projects. Technical leads are also responsible for making recommendations, solving CMS architecture challenges, and ensuring implementation is held to the highest accessibility and security standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain code bases for multiple web projects
  • Manage internal developers and contractors
  • Support account team with client technical support for website launch and management
  • Work collaboratively with design, content and strategy teams
  • Define project milestones and track progress
  • Ensure peer reviews and website QA is being performed on UI and functionality
  • Document project requirements and technical details of implementation

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Significant experience developing on .NET and Java based CMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of modern web methodologies and technologies
  • Able to perform front end development in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and React
  • Capable of back end development on Adobe Experience Manager
  • Capable of back end development on Sitecore CMS
  • Familiar with Git and version control paradigms
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical team members
  • Experience with client support for web applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within regulated industries (healthcare, etc.)
  • Experience developing in both PHP and Python
  • Experience developing on Drupal or WordPress
