This role requires a flexible, driven professional capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise environment where no two days are the same. While responsible for core daily functions, the position demands adaptability, ownership, and a proactive approach to managing evolving customer needs.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building skills with both internal partners and enterprise customers, requiring a personalized, high-touch approach to service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating new service implementations, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Success in this position requires a project management mindset — the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, anticipate risks, coordinate stakeholders, and drive initiatives to completion while maintaining clear communication and accountability. Team members are expected to take ownership of customer outcomes and deliver consistent, exceptional service.

Given the 24/7 nature of enterprise customer needs, flexibility in work hours is essential. This role requires readiness to engage beyond standard business hours as needed, with a focus on preparedness, responsiveness, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years of prior customer service experience
  • Previous telecommunications, networking, or related technical experience preferred
  • Previous project management is a big plus!
