About The Role:

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Enterprise BDR to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a tip of the spear for our strategic outbound motion you will help find, educate, and nurture various buyer personas within target accounts. This requires making calls, writing succinct and impactful emails, engaging on social media, being an expert in our offering, and being diligent with your follow up.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Learn and communicate the Dozuki product advantages and benefits, addressing prospect pain points and positively positioning us within the competitive landscape.
• Use our prospecting and enrichment tools to connect with key personas at ICP accounts, primarily by phone, and secondarily through email and social channels.
• Independently monitor account signals and select the next key target in your outbound prospecting.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Communicate with the rest of the marketing team to continually iterate and align strategy and messaging for target accounts.
• Maintain and update the CRM to ensure it is kept current and accurate.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and/or other demand generation tools. 
• 2+ years of experience in account-based motions, supported by advertising, intent data, and cross-organizational messaging feedback.
• 2+ years working with dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
• 1+ years of experience utilizing ABM
• Must be able to work 8-5 Eastern Time (this does not require you to sit on the east coast but you must be ready to start dialing by 9am ET)

• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously.
• Highly motivated to succeed both individually and within a hyper-growth organization. .
• Prior manufacturing sales experience is a huge plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $70,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other incentives and compensation may be available based upon a number of factors including bonus, equity, and OTE (on target earnings)

Dozuki has observed that certain agencies/individuals have been making job offers on behalf of Dozuki in exchange for money and/or personal identifying information such as Date of Birth, Social Security number, etc. Job applicants have received dubious emails and LinkedIn messages extending Dozuki offer letters and asking for payments in lieu of benefits, uniforms, laptops, etc.

Dozuki always first extends a verbal offer before a written offer is constructed.

What’s recruitment fraud?

Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fictitious job opportunities. This type of fraud is normally perpetrated through online services, such as bogus websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from Dozuki. These emails request that you provide personal information, and ultimately payments, to process applications for jobs that don’t exist. Fraudsters impersonate Dozuki’s recruiters and use the company name/logo, brand names, and images illegally, without authorization.
