This position requires candidates to be onsite 2-3 days per week in Indianapolis, IN. 

Enterprise Business Architect | About You 

As an Enterprise Business Architect, you are responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing business relationships across the organization. You have a unique ability to lead impactful transformations by combining your leadership, Agile expertise, and relationship management skills to inspire collaboration between business and technology teams. Your focus on delivering innovative, actionable plans and supporting continuous improvement ensures that business goals are achieved with precision. Enterprise Business Architect | Day-to-Day 

• Translate business goals into a cohesive architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment between IT capabilities and strategic objectives. 
• Create and manage Business Relationship Management (BRM) artifacts (agendas, improvement plans, templates) to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment between business and IT. 
• Define, implement, and enforce architecture governance processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the enterprise. 
• Provide coaching to teams on Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, ensuring iterative progress and fostering cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals. 
• Utilize Jira to track operational issues and resolutions, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance business capabilities. 
• Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring that new architectural solutions and process improvements align with business objectives, while identifying and mitigating potential risks to business operations. 

Enterprise Business Architect | Skills & Experience 

• 7+ years of experience in Business Relationship Management (BRM), Agile frameworks, and strategic planning. 
• Proficiency in Jira and Jira Align for operational tracking, reporting, and issue management. 
• Strong background in facilitating meetings, developing and implementing strategic plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Experience in Agile coaching and supporting Scrum methodology adoption across diverse teams. 
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence decision-making. 
• Strong leadership skills with a servant leadership mindset and the ability to coach and guide teams toward higher performance.
