Main Purpose
The primary purpose of the Enterprise Business Development Manager (BDM) is to secure new contracts and to support Indeed Flex in growing the business. This individual will deliver outstanding results in helping clients reduce costs, improve performance, and manage change by utilizing technology and helping people get jobs.
Responsibilities & Duties

- Develop new business opportunities through a mix of professional networking methods.
- Build a strong pipeline of fully qualified opportunities within the desired client market.
- Work with mid-market teams and marketing as appropriate to promote and convert the sales pipeline.
- Deliver confident, well-researched, and individually tailored sales presentations to prospective client senior management that gets the client's attention.
- Develop presales materials, i.e. proposals, client briefs, and case study documents.
- Share industry best practices with clients to maximize value of solutions and services
- Understand the Indeed Flex proposition to a subject-matter-expert-level
- Minimum five (5) years of business development, direct, or staffing sales experience, with direct expertise targeting enterprise-level business and contracts at C-level or above
- Highly proficient with B2B sales streams and management of multiple sales processes through to completion
- Highly proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Expertise with Staffing, Recruiting, and/or RPO services and related value-added offerings
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- High level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
- High level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a solid drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
- Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce, such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc
- A commitment to driving the Indeed Flex mission: to help people get jobs instantly
- $68,000 to 90,000 base
