About this opportunity:
Join our team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect, a critical role that drives our end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and burgeoning business needs. As part of our dynamic team, you will facilitate profitable business growth by bridging customer needs and technical opportunities into robust offerings and proposals. You will support the Consultants during the requirement analysis and high-level design phases while having the chance to assume responsibilities in Customer Support, sales, and service delivery.
What you will do:
Be part of SD Architecture Board to define and maintain the enterprise roadmap and architectural guidelines.
Analyse the existing Service Delivery Application and tools landscape, its processes and support enabling a common backlog for all development initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SD IT ecosystem
Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure alignment with Software Technology areas.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to make recommendations for their adoption and integration into the organization's technology stack.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and innovative technology solutions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture standards and frameworks.
Assess and mitigate technical risks and challenges across projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
The skills you bring:
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Software architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with wide range of technologies, including but not limited to Java, J2EE, Python, Ansible, Microservices, API design patterns, Webservices, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, JIRA, Messaging, security, Elastic search, Enterprise Architect, Software architect, Business Process Modelling and non-functional aspects of application development.
Zeal for continuous evaluation of new technology stacks and able to execute PoC's for last mile analysis. Experience in guiding and mentoring technical teams and driving architectural decisions in a collaborative environment.
Exposure to Marketplace development platform and community building initiatives.
Comprehensive understanding of multi-cloud architectures, technologies, and services across major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Certifications: CKAD, CKA, Architect/professional certifications in any HCP (AWS, GCP, Azure), TOGAF, are a plus.
