What will you be doing in this role?
- Create business, technical, solution and data architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals
- Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities
- Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership to optimize and rationalize the IT portfolio
- Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities
- Conduct research to find ways to improve operations
- Provide business data architecture and systems processing guidance
- Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan
- Provide solution architecture and guidance
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Master's Degree and 17 years of experience in IT.
- 15 years of experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman (and actual experience developing and building models based on such frameworks)
- 15 years of expertise with enterprise architecture and business process modelling and associated tools such as ArchiMate, UML, BPMN
- 10 years of experience with ARIS, Enterprise Architect and modern technologies such as Web Logic, Tomcat, SpringBoot
- 5 years of working with cloud architecture, services and containerization (AWS, Azure, GCP), including knowledge of patterns and solutions to optimize the scalability and performance of cloud environments.
- 5 years of experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS
- 5 years of expertise in technology migration
- 1 year experience with Blockchain
- Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent
- Group session facilitation
- Analysis and design
- Skilled in modelling and graphical representations and abstractions
- Knowledge of AI architecture like RAG
- Excellent leadership and conciliation skills
- Great communications skills, both verbal (e.g.: presentations, seminars, etc.), and written (e.g.: reports, articles, etc.)
- Proficiency in English or French language at a C1 level.
