The Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-S) development has 450 members, including 110 in software development. The R&D Ops team manages Software Development Infrastructure and supports all projects through automation. Contribute to IGT Systems from Concept to End of Life, impacting global health. Work closely with Philips IGT teams on a cutting-edge software stack.
Your role:
- Define, deploy, and maintain technology/tool roadmaps with business cases.
- Drive innovation, sustainable solutions, and cultural change.
- Increase productivity by reducing technical debt and waste.
- Propose solutions to help R&D deliver high-quality code faster.
- Define and manage R&D development build infrastructure.
- Collaborate globally and with other Philips units to implement your architectural blueprint and share innovations.
You’re the right fit if:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, or Computer Science.
- Experience in complex software development environments with 4+ years as an architect driving innovative changes.
- Up-to-date with state of the art tools, processes and technologies.
- Strong communicator, motivator, and influencer.
- Professional in a complex, multisite organization.
- Balances pragmatism and flexibility with a quality mindset.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and V-model methodologies.
- Healthcare product development experience is a plus
