Our enterprise ecosystem:

  • Applications: Netsuite, Workday, Salesforce, Anaplan, Avalara, …

  • Data: Teradata, BigQuery, Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elastic Search

  • ETL/BI: Airflow, Hadoop/GCP DataProcs, Keboola, Apache Nifi, Alteryx, Tableau

  • Middlewares: Snaplogic, ActiveMQ, Kafka

  • Several proprietary applications and middleware extensions

  • Platforms: AWS, GCP

  • Infra: Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Capistrano

  • Observability: Splunk, ELK, Sumologic, Wavefront (Grafana), Prometheus/Thanos

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Architectural Design and Strategy

    • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap.

    • Ensure alignment of architecture with business objectives and IT strategy.

    • Lead the architecture review board and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and overall architecture governance processes, with a focus on simplicity and a frugality mindset

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

  • Ecosystem integration

    • Work within a multi-faceted ecosystem, integrating various technologies and platforms.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

    • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for integration.

  • Application Architecture

    • Oversee the integration and optimization of applications such as Netsuite, Workday, Salesforce, Anaplan, and Avalara.

    • Ensure seamless communication and data flow between applications and other system components.

  • Collaboration with our Data Management teams on 

    • Architecture and management of data solutions using Teradata, BigQuery, Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other database technologies

    • Data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.

    • BI best practices using tools such as Airflow, Keboola, Alteryx, and Tableau, and experience with Data Mesh is a bonus.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • At least 10+ years experience in enterprise architecture

  • Good knowledge of most of the aforementioned technologies and applications

  • Development experience with service-oriented architectures/microservices

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions, preferably with cost optimization

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Experience of technical/architecture coaching, mentoring and developing staff 

  • Track record of building and shipping new customer and merchant experiences.

  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

  • Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) would be nice

Must have experience:

  • Sound experience in Netsuite and Salesforce

  • Integration middleware experience

  • GCP or AWS, and Data warehouse expertise
