Scope:
- Lead enterprise innovation architecture initiatives by defining technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and scalable solution architectures that drive digital transformation across cloud, AI, data, integration, and automation platforms.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to evaluate emerging technologies, architect enterprise-wide solutions, and enable innovation adoption through proof-of-concepts, modernization programs, and best-practice architecture standards.
What you'll do:
- Develop and communicate a clear innovation architecture vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise business strategy, transformation priorities, and measurable value outcomes.
- Establish and maintain architecture governance frameworks, standards, guidelines, and reusable patterns that enable safe experimentation, rapid delivery, and enterprise scalability.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate innovation opportunities into solution architectures, capability maps, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, tools, and vendor solutions to determine fit, feasibility, risks, integration needs, and enterprise adoption potential.
- Design resilient, secure, and scalable solution architectures that incorporate data protection, compliance, observability, business continuity, and operational readiness from the outset.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and pilots by defining architecture guardrails, success criteria, technical approach, integration strategy, and transition plans for production scaling.
- Architect integration platforms, APIs, data flows, and interoperability patterns that connect innovation solutions with existing enterprise systems and digital ecosystems.
- Drive adoption of innovative enterprise capabilities including automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, modern applications, cloud platforms, and digital experience technologies.
- Contribute to and leverage the enterprise architecture repository to document innovation principles, reference architectures, technology standards, reusable patterns, and decision records.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and product teams on innovation architecture practices, technology evaluation methods, design thinking, and disciplined experimentation.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 10+ years of experience in technology roles with strong expertise in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, cloud platforms, integration, data, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
- At least 7+ years in senior architecture, enterprise architect, principal architect, or innovation leadership role with proven success guiding enterprise transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture practices, including business capability modeling, technology roadmaps, reference architectures, architecture governance, and solution design patterns.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms and modern enterprise technologies, including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, container platforms, serverless architecture, DevSecOps, and platform engineering concepts.
- Strong experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies such as AI, automation, analytics, low-code platforms, intelligent applications, IoT, and digital experience platforms.
- Expertise in enterprise data platforms, data engineering, analytics, APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration technologies that support innovation and digital transformation at scale.
- Proven understanding of technology governance, risk management, cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, architecture review processes, and responsible technology adoption.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and delivery tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka, API gateways, workflow automation platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and architecture modeling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to define proof-of-concept architectures, evaluate build-versus-buy options, assess vendor solutions, and create transition plans from experimentation to production adoption.
- Knowledge of innovation management methods, design thinking, agile delivery, product operating models, value measurement, and enterprise change enablement practices.
