  • Salesforce Ecosystem Strategy & Execution: Lead the architecture and design of solutions spanning Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud, driving consistent configuration, customization, and integration best practices at scale.
  • Governance Oversight: Oversee governance for Salesforce platform design, ensuring optimal performance, security, compliance, and scalability across the enterprise; partner with InfoSec and Data Privacy teams accordingly.
  • Collaboration & Thought Leadership: Partner with senior product leaders, business stakeholders, and other domain architects to translate business strategies and requirements into scalable, secure, and robust Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Integration & Data Management: Collaborate with Data, Security, and Technology domain architects to design cohesive end-to-end integration solutions, ensuring consistent data models, data quality, and master data management.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Provide architectural oversight and guidance on Salesforce-related projects, from conceptualization to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current with Salesforce product releases, new features, and emerging technologies to advise the business on opportunities for innovation. Identify, evaluate, and recommend proof-of-concept initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Passion for Technology: A strong passion for software design, development, architecture, and automation (DevOps) is essential.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience with software delivery leveraging Agile and CI/CD methodologies is crucial.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing stakeholders at multiple levels within large, complex enterprises.
  • Hands-On Leadership: This role will be both hands-on while providing thought and strategy leadership, requiring a balance of technical skills and strategic vision.
