Conduct scheduled application maintenance, database deduplication, and performance cleanup tasks according to platform-specific best practices to minimize configuration clutter.
Ensure all configuration changes undergo rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing, maintaining complete documentation within tracking pipelines (e.g., Jira).
Monitor and maintain middleware/iPaaS platforms
Partner with external vendors or internal technical teams to isolate root causes and implement permanent configuration fixes for recurring issues.
Monitor system uptime, respond to critical application errors or post-release production defects, and provide occasional support during major upgrade or patch windows.
Research upcoming vendor platform release notes, evaluate the business impact of new native features, and proactively recommend updates to maximize platform ROI.
