Moog’s Corporate Group is hiring an experienced Enterprise Applications Product Owner to join their Enterprise Solutions Team!

As the Enterprise Product Owner (EPM), you will own technology strategy, a multi-year enterprise roadmap, and product maturity for multiple coordinated POD (product-oriented delivery) areas that underpin our application landscape covering Finance, Legal, ESG, Supply Chain, Trade, and ERP -adjacent capabilities.  You will align work to business outcomes via business capability maps and enterprise architecture, drive cross team priorities and Architectural Runway, and reimagine Product Owner capabilities for an AI‑augmented delivery model so the organization scales value delivery while preserving critical human judgment.

You will have a hybrid work schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY.

To qualify for the Enterprise Applications Product Owner role, here is what you will need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • Over eight (8) years of experience in enterprise product management or product ownership, including responsibility for complex application portfolios across commercial off-the-shelf applications, SaaS applications and custom-built applications.

  • Strong business acumen, especially relating to Finance, Legal, ESG, Supply Chain, and Trade in a manufacturing and operations context.

  • Demonstrated success building and managing multi‑year roadmaps aligned to business capabilities and value streams.

  • Practical experience operating in scaled agile environments.

  • Strong collaboration history with Enterprise and Solution Architecture.

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound tradeoffs, and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal executive communication skills.

  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.

It would also be beneficial if you had…

  • Product Management or Product Ownership certification; certifications in product leadership or AI governance a plus.

  • Experience with major ERP platforms and modern cloud ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with continuous delivery, observability practices, and platform or vendor governance.

  • Experience working in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments.

  • Master’s degree or MBA.

As an Enterprise Applications Product Owner, you will have the following responsibilities…

Enterprise Product Strategy

  • Own and continuously refine a multi‑year enterprise roadmap, translating enterprise strategy into prioritized epics and features with clear benefit hypotheses, outcome measures, and acceptance criteria.

  • Shape investment sequencing and tradeoffs in response to regulatory change, platform evolution, architectural constraints, and shifting business priorities.

Portfolio Execution

  • Ensure cross-team accountability for backlog health, readiness, and flow, balancing business features, enablers, and non‑functional requirements.

  • Drive Planning and Execution for all products in the portfolio; accept features on behalf of business stakeholders, and balance priorities across new feature development, service level management, and application rationalization.

Architecture, Capability & Data Alignment

  • Embed enterprise and solution architecture engagement early in discovery and feature decomposition.

  • Enforce architecture, security, privacy, performance, scalability, observability, compliance, and data management expectations through Definition of Ready/Done.

Capacity, Dependency & Risk Management

  • Lead cross‑domain dependency planning and surface systemic constraints for resolution or escalation.

  • Identify material product, data, security, and regulatory risks; own mitigation and remediation plans.

AI‑Augmented Product Ownership

  • Lead the evolution of Product Owner practices toward strategic, AI‑augmented product management.

  • Establish human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, validation expectations, and guardrails for AI‑assisted work.

  • Accelerating/ leaning into AI driven development, feature development, testing. Etc.

Value Measurement, Governance & Influence

  • Define and track OKRs and KPIs spanning adoption, time‑to‑value, ROI/TCO, quality, compliance, delivery flow, dependency resolution time, and technical debt by capability.

  • Lead governance cadences including roadmap reviews and capability investment discussions.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $140,000.00–$185,000.00 Annually

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
