They will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create solution designs, and support system upgrades, migrations, testing, deployments, and production support. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise business applications.
- Provide technical leadership across enterprise platforms including IBM Maximo, Oracle technologies, Esri ArcGIS, Microsoft Power Platform, and related enterprise systems.
- Design enterprise application integration solutions utilizing APIs, middleware, cloud integration services, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Lead application modernization, system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop technical specifications, solution designs, integration strategies, and implementation plans.
- Ensure enterprise applications meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, release management, and production support activities.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and application specialists.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative enterprise application solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and systems integration.
- 7+ years leading enterprise application implementation or integration projects.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as IBM Maximo, Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, Esri ArcGIS, SharePoint, or similar enterprise business applications.
- Experience designing API-based integrations and enterprise workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, cloud services, SQL databases, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

- Oracle Certified Professional

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience supporting enterprise applications and systems integration
- Minimum 7 years leading enterprise application implementation or integration projects
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as IBM Maximo, Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, Esri ArcGIS, SharePoint, or similar
- Experience designing API-based integrations and enterprise workflows
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, cloud services, SQL databases, workflow automation, and business process optimization
