Job Description:
Responsible for the planning, management, and completion of enterprise applications projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with various internal business stakeholders and external third party companies to identify and document designs and specifications
Breaks down high-level business and user requirements into a functional product design
Write formalized functional requirements and user acceptance criteria
Review and formally approve functional requirements with business stakeholders
Oversee software projects through the software development life cycle
Communicate and review product designs with the development and QA teams
Participate in the estimation and scoping process
Reviews development design to ensure requirements were interpreted correctly
Oversee the change control and management discussions and processes
Perform and coordinate software acceptance and regression testing
Coordinate and manage release of software
Proactively manage and set deliverable timelines and ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner
Continually ensure clear and timely communication among all stakeholder and involved parties
Act as a platform subject matter expert for analysis and requirements definition relating to development and related applications and services
Help drive a data-driven decision-making culture
Proactively assess and mitigate project risks
Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field—work experience may substitute for required education
Experience with an implementation of an ecommerce, ERP system, or other enterprise applications
3-5 years of business analyst/project management/functional analyst experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with enterprise applications such as eCommerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, etc.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing priorities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Absolute integrity
Knowledge of InfoTrax products (DataTrax, ViritualOffice, etc.), Anaplan, Manhattan (WMS, EOM, EEM), and SAP (ERP, Ariba, PLM) (preferred)
Experience/background in the MLM industry (preferred)
