Position Purpose:
- The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and security of the company’s ERP, enterprise applications, and related systems. This position ensures system reliability, provides user support, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, update, and maintain enterprise applications, including ERP (Agility).
- Administer, secure, and optimize ERP and enterprise application environments to ensure system reliability.
- Provide user support, issue troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Document configurations, changes, and user access for audit readiness.
- Partner with acquisition and onboarding teams to ensure timely ERP setup.
- Review ERP and enterprise application release notes, identify potential impacts, and coordinate testing.
- Manage ERP and enterprise application security groups and evaluate implications of access changes.
- Generate reports and analytics to support operational decision-making.
