Join Fish’s team in our fast-paced Information Technology Department as an Enterprise AI Tools Specialist. This role is part of The Hub, Fish’s remote-first group of professionals. Hub employees work primarily from home with no expectation of a regular in-office presence. This is a remote-first position, with a focus on candidates located in MA, DE, NY, CA, DC, MN, TX, GA, and IL.
How Will You Make a Difference?
- Help to maintain and support AI Tool environments to ensure these services remain available to end-users
- Create AI-powered tools/processes that generate value for the firm’s clients by streamlining legal and operational tasks and improving understanding
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff to turn ideas into products
- Act as escalated support for AI-related questions from both end-users and IT staff
- Work with end-users to vet, standardize, and deploy AI-related processes as department-wide tools
- Diagnose and resolve AI tool issues including license assignment, feature availability, prompt effectiveness, and integration failures across platforms.
- Configure and maintain AI tool settings, access controls, and policies in alignment with IT security standards for each platform.
- Advise users on selecting the most appropriate AI tool for a given task based on each platform's strengths, cost, and organizational use-case guidelines.
- Partner with department leaders to identify workflow automation opportunities across the firm approved AI tools.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback across platforms to refine training materials and surface new use cases for leadership consideration.
- Develop and deliver end user training content across varying technical skill levels.
- Develop and maintain a unified knowledge base of common issues, FAQs, and self-service guidance covering all AI platforms.
- Collaborate with the helpdesk team to triage, document, and resolve AI-related support tickets, escalating to vendor support where required.
- Monitor user feedback channels and translate recurring issues into actionable product or training improvements.
- Manage license provisioning, assignment, and lifecycle tracking for firm selected AI tools.
- Monitor usage analytics across platforms to track adoption trends, identify underserved user groups, and report to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance policies across all AI platforms, including data residency, retention, and sharing restrictions.
- Coordinate with the security team to review AI platform data handling and retention practices.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working directly with end-users on requirements and then independently developing scripts or small tools, ideally related to GenAI or automation.
- Experience developing scripts in powershell, python, or C Sharp is required
- Experience creating AI-powered Tools is required
- Experience working directly with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini for Workspace, or Anthropic Claude for Work is desired.
- Law firm experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities especially when balancing competing priorities.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and consistently deliver results.
- Ability to think both abstract and linear and be solution oriented.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and contribute to effective team relationships and processes.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in alignment with established practices and standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances, with consistent adherence to firm policies and procedures.

- The estimated starting pay range is $103,000-$129,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, skills, professional background, and overall qualifications. The salary range for this position is consistent across all geographic markets.
