What We’re Looking For

As an Enterprise Account Manager at EROAD, you will play a mission‑critical role in driving commercial outcomes across EROAD’s most strategically valuable customer accounts. Embedded within a high‑performance sales team and reporting to the Enterprise Accounts Director, this role is responsible for leading retention, expansion, and growth across a defined portfolio of mid‑to‑large enterprise customers.

You will operate as a commercial leader, building multi‑threaded stakeholder relationships, identifying untapped opportunities, and executing structured account plans that unlock long‑term value for both EROAD and its customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience while consistently exceeding revenue targets.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be a key driver of growth, retention, and customer success across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that help them operate safer, smarter, and more efficiently.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑focused role involving both local and national travel. You’ll collaborate closely with our operations, product, and support teams to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience, while actively identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. Our industry evolves quickly, and you’ll need to comfortably learn and communicate complex technical concepts to keep customers at the forefront of innovation.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management or a similar role; exposure to the transport sector is an advantage

  • A strong drive to succeed and confidence tackling new challenges

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, authentic customer relationships

  • A proactive mindset with a talent for spotting and developing opportunities

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Salesforce experience is a plus

  • A customer‑first approach and a passion for supporting customers to achieve meaningful outcomes
