The Role

Infopro Digital is recruiting for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our London‑based sales team.

Infopro Digital is one of the world’s leading B2B publishers and digital information providers. The Role

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the EMEA Banking pillar, covering four flagship products: Risk.net, WatersTechnology, FX Markets and Central Banking.

This is a hybrid role combining account management, renewals and new business development. You will inherit a substantial book of business (approx. £500,000 annually) with clear growth targets, supported by a steady flow of inbound leads from marketing, events, trials and content engagement. While cold calling is not required, we encourage entrepreneurial thinking and proactive lead‑sourcing to uncover new opportunities.

This role offers strong long‑term potential, including opportunities to expand into additional sectors such as fintech, banking and professional services.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Growth
  • Renew and grow an existing portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts
  • Conduct frequent prospecting calls to trial leads, event leads and inbound requests
  • Represent the full Infopro Digital portfolio, maximising cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships across multiple locations and seniority levels
Market & Product Expertise
  • Stay informed on financial markets to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Build credibility with clients by understanding their business priorities
  • Deliver product training and ensure clients gain maximum value from their subscriptions
Sales Operations
  • Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly pipeline forecasts
  • Keep detailed CRM records of all client interactions
  • Attend industry events, client meetings and occasional international travel when required
  • Prepare high‑quality proposals and support the development of new products and services
Consultative Selling
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate how our content supports informed decision‑making
  • Drive new business through trial conversions, marketing leads and targeted prospecting
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and market dynamics

RequirementsExperience & Track Record
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets
  • Experience delivering creative, high‑value solutions to enterprise clients
  • Strong background in media sales or B2B subscription sales
  • Ability to build and motivate high‑performing relationships
Skills & Attributes
