The Role

The Enterprise Account Manager role is an ownership-driven managerial profile that would involve end-to-end responsibility of every client working with us in association with our team of account executives.


For this position we are looking for a high-energy self-starter with the ability to structure and manage the Enterprise Account Management function in VDO.AI and enable us to deliver top-notch, prompt support and grow existing business with the clients. This involves managing partnership relationships with clients of all sizes, including top tier clients across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Establishing new partnerships and optimizing revenue stream for existing publisher portfolio
  • Analyzing daily trends and making suggestions on scaling publisher activity
  • Lead monthly business reviews with the publishers
  • Responsible for resolving inquiries and requests from sales team & clients
  • Responsible for staying on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services and meeting their needs
  • Responsible for liaisoning with team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Responsible for identifying, upselling, cross-selling, and/or renewing opportunities and also communicating with the sales team regularly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of similar work experience in BD/Client Servicing/Enterprise Account Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
  • A quick learner and full of curiosity
