SALARY RANGE: $55,000-$58,000 (based on education and experience)

REPORTS TO: Director of Customer Experience

LOCATION: Must be located in or near Kansas City, KS, Las Vegas, NV, Denver, CO, Bismarck, ND, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX, Omaha, NE, Phoenix, AZ, Salt Lake City, UT. 

JOB SUMMARY  

The Enterprise Account Manager will be the strategic partner for the Company’s largest customers. This position is responsible for owning the full relationship, from onboarding new accounts and connecting customers to the right technology, to identifying early risks and turning them into solutions in a timely and effective manner. The Enterprise Account Manager will work closely with sales and operations to identify client needs and develop account strategies that drive growth to ensure that the company is providing quality, cost-effective services. 

 

This position has the potential to be remote. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES 

  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers, focusing on retention and revenue and relationship growth. 

  • Lead the on-boarding and go-live readiness of new customers, ensuring they are operationally prepared to launch successfully, including alignment on pickup schedules, communication channels, EDI requirements, and effective use of CCFS technology and services. 

  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure customer concerns are resolved, service levels are maintained, and customers are satisfied with the service they are receiving. 

  • Serve as the point of contact between the Company and the customers on escalated concerns, building trust and delivering strategic and realistic solutions that solve problems and achieve business goals. 

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with the customers’ business objectives. 

  • Establish proactive data analysis and monitoring processes that reflect the status of customer accounts. 

  • Identify systemic operational defects affecting accounts using performance dashboards and customer feedback, in addition to quantifying the impact and retention risk. 

  • Develop and facilitate regularly scheduled Strategic Business Reviews with customers.  

  • Other duties as assigned.  

 

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS 

Skills and Knowledge  

  • 3+ years of experience in account management and/ or relevant industry experience. 

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities.  

  • Ability to adapt with changing priorities. 

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills. 

  • Self-motivated and results driven. 

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under limited supervision.  

  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the transportation industry. 

  • Understanding the significance of effective collaboration among operations, sales, and customers. 

  • Capable of approaching challenges strategically by evaluating options and identifying solutions that align with both customer needs and organizational objectives. 

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and reach deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

  • The ability to work irregular hours when necessary.
