The Enterprise Account Manager is the steady hand that keeps mid-level enterprise sellers thriving after they've been onboarded, acting as a trusted advisor. This role owns the day-to-day health of a portfolio of accounts — surfacing risks before they escalate, spotting growth opportunities, and turning account data into clear action. Reporting into the Enterprise GM, this person will help shape how Poshmark manages and scales its enterprise seller relationships over time. What You'll DoAccount Management
Own the ongoing relationship for a portfolio of mid-level enterprise accounts, providing consistent, straightforward support
Serve as the seller's primary point of contact for day-to-day questions, requests, and issue resolution
Proactively check in with accounts to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern
Account Reporting
Run and standardize recurring performance reporting across mid-level accounts
Identify trends and patterns across the account portfolio to inform broader Enterprise strategy
Collaborate with the Enterprise team to flag accounts that need additional attention or escalation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Technical Onboarding team to ensure a seamless handoff from onboarding to steady-state account management
Escalate recurring technical or integration issues to the appropriate team
Share seller feedback and platform gaps with cross-functional partners to help prioritize future improvements
Full ownership of a portfolio of 20+ mid-level enterprise accounts
Build standardized tools and processes that can be leveraged across account portfolio
Establish a clear risk-flagging process with the Enterprise GM for at-risk accounts
Measurable GMV growth across the managed portfolio
Establish portfolio-wide trend reporting to inform Enterprise account strategy
Recognized by sellers and cross-functional partners (Onboarding, Support, Product, Marketing) as a reliable, proactive point of contact
5–7 years of experience managing a portfolio of client or seller accounts, balancing responsiveness with efficiency across multiple relationships at once
Strong listening and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of seller needs and the ability to translate that into practical guidance
Comfort building and standardizing recurring reports, and translating account-level data into clear, actionable insights
Proactive, clear communication skills that build trust and confidence in day-to-day interactions
Experience working across onboarding, support, product, and marketing teams to resolve issues and share feedback
