About the Role

The Enterprise Account Manager is an individual contributor responsible for the retention, expansion, and long-term performance of Happen Bank's named national and enterprise Purchase Finance accounts. You will own the partner relationship from post-sale handoff and launch through adoption, optimization, renewal, and growth.
You will serve as a strategic advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, build account plans that connect partner priorities to measurable business outcomes, and coordinate cross-functional execution across the full partner lifecycle. Success requires executive presence, analytical discipline, strong follow-through, and the ability to resolve complex issues while protecting the customer experience and Happen Bank's business interests.

What You'll Do

Own enterprise account strategy, retention, and growth
  • Manage a portfolio of named national, multi-location, and strategic enterprise accounts
  • Develop account plans that define stakeholder relationships, business objectives, growth opportunities, risks, and action plans
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, operators, finance leaders, technology teams, and frontline users
  • Lead executive business reviews and regular operating reviews using clear performance insights and agreed actions
  • Identify and advance opportunities for location expansion, product adoption, increased utilization, new use cases, and deeper strategic alignment
  • Protect retention by identifying account health risks early and leading coordinated recovery plans
Drive launch, adoption, and partner performance
  • Partner with Business Development to ensure complete handoffs, documented commitments, and clear ownership at commercial close
  • Coordinate onboarding, implementation, training, launch communications, and activation across partner locations and internal teams
  • Monitor applications, approvals, conversion, funded volume, product mix, active locations, utilization, portfolio health, and service performance
  • Use performance data and partner feedback to recommend targeted actions that improve adoption and business results
  • Ensure contractual commitments, pricing arrangements, rebates, reporting, and partner deliverables are tracked and fulfilled
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting using CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled tools where appropriate
Lead cross-functional execution and issue resolution
  • Partner with Product, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Support, Technology, and Operations to deliver strong partner outcomes
  • Serve as the primary commercial escalation point for complex partner issues and drive timely resolution with accountable owners
  • Communicate product, credit, policy, process, and operational changes clearly to partner stakeholders
  • Translate customer insights into recommendations that improve products, service models, enablement, and internal workflows
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, forecasts, meeting notes, risks, and next steps

About You

  • 4+ years of enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, customer success, or B2B sales experience with complex national or multi-location customers
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success retaining and expanding strategic accounts while delivering measurable revenue, adoption, or utilization growth
  • Strong executive relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility across business, financial, technical, and operational stakeholders
  • Analytical and financially minded, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify drivers, and translate insights into action
  • Experience leading complex implementations, escalations, and cross-functional work without direct authority
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance partner needs, contractual commitments, economics, risk, and customer experience
  • Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, and consistent follow-through
  • Comfortable operating independently in a regulated environment and managing multiple high-priority accounts through change
  •   You actively look for ways AI can improve your work, from accelerating account analysis and preparation to approaching problems from different angles. You're thoughtful about accuracy, data sensitivity, and where human judgment and validation are needed

Travel Requirements

  • 25-35% national travel, including overnight travel and occasional weekends

  • Travel to enterprise partner locations, executive business reviews, launches, and industry events

  • Quarterly travel to San Francisco or Lehi, UT office locations

  • Happen Bank will cover travel-related expenses

Time Zone Requirements
Local hours (PT, MT, CT, ET), with flexibility to support assigned enterprise accounts
While the position will primarily work local hours, Happen Bank is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.
Travel Requirements
As needed travel to Happen Bank offices and/or other locations, as needed.
Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 101,000-150,000. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of Happen Bank's Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for long-term awards (equity) and an annual bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings).
