The Enterprise Account Manager who will be reporting directly under the Senior Director for Large Acquisitions will have an instrumental role in driving new revenue growth aligned with our strategic business priorities. The primary focus will be on our cloud portfolio across the DACH region, leveraging your exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills to handle the entire sales lifecycle. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large enterprise customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while leading account strategy and business development efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Revenue Growth: Drive new business revenue and expand existing business opportunities within the North American market, focusing on our cloud portfolio with the ability to manage up to 100 accounts and prospects.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from forecasting and prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for the customer.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute long-term strategic relationships and account plans that align with Acronis’ business objectives and drive significant growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product management, sales enablement and beyond to deliver integrated solutions and address client needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Act as a trusted advisor to our Partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Acronis’ products and solutions and anticipate customer needs.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in an IT company, and strongly preferred to have experience specifically in data back-up/ cyber security/ enterprise domain with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluent English and German required
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, influencing and closing skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud technologies and solutions, and the ability to articulate their benefits and value propositions effectively to our customers.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration: Team-player with a commitment to succeed and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships across various departments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
