What You'll Do
Our global Enterprise Account Executives are sales professionals that specialize in expanding our vast existing customers into strategic customers. It takes a hunter mentality with the benefit of warm introductions.
Understand and exceed sales goals by leveraging personal and Elemica assets.
Understand and leverage a territory design to take advantage of our unique network position. Between 30 to 50 named fortune 2000 accounts.
Assess, document and communicate approach/needs to maximize territory coverage to uncover as much sales pipeline as possible. Reassess and present quarterly.
Collect, organize and translate customer and prospects’ strategic goals, supporting initiatives, and solution roadmaps to effectively value and qualify early-stage opportunities.
Develop and communicate justification for Elemica’s resources and assets to be engaged in customer or prospect’s initiatives.
Build relationships with customers’ key buying personas to ensure clarity of customers’ buying process, therefore accurately predicting closings.
Build relationships with key partners in supply chain space to constantly expand network.
Develop and manage multiple opportunities through the funnel simultaneously.
Build relationships with key Elemica sales support teams (marketing, presales, product, service, leadership)
Provide detailed, consistent, and accurate updates in Salesforce and to leadership of customers’ buying statuses.
Practice effective communication with management, customers, and supporting teams.
Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
What You'll Need
Minimum of 5-10 years of large enterprise software company experience. (PE-backed firms a plus)
You have closed multiple complex sales and are familiar with value analysis to advance deals. You can get to executive levels within your target account list and build solid relationships across many levels of organizations.
Experience with closing contracts $100K to $2M, VP to CFO signatures; 4-10 deals per year.
Industry expertise – experience unique to the problems and solutions that drive organizational transformation.
Network: experience that has resulted in a large and effective personal network.
Accountable - proven track record of delivering strong performance vs. assigned quota and other measures.
Possesses a bold/fearless desire to invent and propose game-changing solutions to customers and prospects at the executive-level.
Interest in keeping on the cutting edge of leading supply chain technologies including those from the competition; you love to compete and win and always strive to overachieve.
Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, presentations, virtual, and in-person.
Technical skills: PPT, Excel, Salesforce
Travel expectation up to 80%
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
Continued educations in sales methodologies, sales techniques, executive presence, supply chain and logistics
