We are looking for a growth-oriented Enterprise Account Executive in Singapore to join our mission of transforming the maritime industry. Trusted by industry giants like MSC, Seaspan, and NYK, Orca AI is seeking a hands-on, high-performing individual contributor to expand our reach in the critical APAC market. Reporting to the global VP of Sales, you will embody our core values of Impact, Innovation, and Global Collaboration while driving strategic deals and scaling our footprint in one of the world's most vital shipping hubs.

Shipping accounts for over 90% of global trade, yet the industry remains decades behind in digitization and automation. Operating safely and efficiently in congested ports and high-traffic sea lanes is becoming increasingly challenging.

Our platform connects onboard crews with shoreside teams, improving navigational safety, reducing human error, and supporting decarbonization through performance optimization.

Founded in 2018, Orca AI is a fast-growing scale-up in an incredibly strong position. We recently raised $73M in a Series B round (May 2025) and have over 1,100 systems deployed to industry giants like MSC, Seaspan, and NYK. What sets us apart is our data - over 100 million nautical miles of proprietary data, making it the largest maritime AI dataset in the world.

Responsibilities:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your impact will be:

  • Land new customers and meet aggressive sales targets
  • Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Design, implement and execute strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Constantly expand the pipeline by actively looking for new opportunities and converting them to deals
  • Present realistic sales and revenue forecasts to the management team
Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 6+ years of successful experience as an B2B Enterprise Sales Executive in the technology field 
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong Hunter Personality
  • Strong end-to-end sales experience and sales process optimization
  • Executive-level negotiating skills
  • Agility and ability to thrive in a start-up and dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel frequently 
  • Native or fluent Mandarin speaker required
