We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Enterprise Sales Account Executive to help us expand our footprint across the West Coast. You’ll be the face of our company to some of the most innovative enterprise organizations out there—building relationships, uncovering needs, and showing how our platform transforms vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, targeting, to close for enterprise-level customers
  • Develop and execute regional account strategies to drive new business across the West Coast
  • Provide timely and accurate business forecasts to sales and executive management
  • Meet established contract volume and revenue targets for new business
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to deliver tailored demos and solutions
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and security teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups
  • Contribute feedback to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PlexTrac’s product, competitor products and technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (cybersecurity or DevSecOps experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-growth, high-velocity environment and motivated by uncapped earning potential
  • Strong understanding of security, risk, and vulnerability management concepts
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • A startup mindset—adaptable, resourceful, and excited to build something new

The typical pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD  [$200,000.00 OTE] to [$260,000.00 OTE] per year. PlexTrac utilizes different base pay ranges for different work localities, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently based on their home market. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the specific applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s work location. In addition to a candidate’s work location, an individual’s base pay will also depend on a number of factors, such as complexity and responsibility of the posted role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
