Lead end-to-end design of complex, data-dense enterprise product areas for a cybersecurity SaaS platform. Turn ambiguous problems into clear, polished user experiences, collaborate with product and engineering to scope and ship features, contribute to the design system, and use modern tooling (including AI) to increase speed and quality.

The AI Research Engineer will build ML models for detecting security threats, maintain AI features, and work closely with security analysts to improve detection.

Build and maintain secure, automated cloud infrastructure for a SaaS platform. Implement IaC with Terraform, manage GCP and GKE, create CI/CD pipelines, automate tasks with Python/Bash/Go, integrate security controls, support incident response, monitoring, and documentation, and collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and deployments.

Lead security and reliability for cloud infrastructure: design secure IaC, run vulnerability management and incident response, build CI/CD and automation, modernize GCP-based architectures, enforce security best practices, and support compliance (SOC2/ISO27001).

Lead and manage client onboarding and configuration of PlexTrac, develop tailored implementation plans, configure the platform, deliver training and documentation, manage timelines and risks, troubleshoot implementation issues, and liaise with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption.

Lead security and reliability for a GCP-based SaaS platform by owning IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, compliance (SOC2/ISO27001), and partnering with engineering to shift security left.

Own and evolve the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, DealHub, etc.), develop Salesforce customizations and integrations, ensure data integrity and security, support RevOps AI agents, manage user lifecycle and documentation, troubleshoot system issues, and partner with RevOps and Security to align systems with business needs.
