Pattern is seeking a hungry Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you will find sales opportunities, follow up on leads in a timely manner, build relationships, understand customer trends, close the sales process with a signed contract, and hit quarterly and annual targets to increase revenue. You'll be supported by a world class team of marketers generating inbound opportunities for you to field, as well as have the opportunity to seek new prospects ‘in-the-wild’ including trade shows, calls, emails, social - the whole gamut. This is a full time role and will work from Lehi, Utah.

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
In the first year, quotas are prorated to accommodate the ramp-up period, as it typically takes 4-6 months for new team members to fully grasp and effectively sell the product. The initial month includes a comprehensive training plan, with substantial support and guidance provided throughout the process.
What is the team like?
You will work with the other Enterprise Account Executives and be supervised by the Director of Sales. You will also be mentored by the CRO and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
