Main Purpose

The role of the Enterprise Account Executive is to generate new business for Indeed Flex while embodying our guiding principles and creating value for our clients. The purpose of the EAE is to secure new contracts of national scope and to support Indeed Flex in growing the business by leveraging our industry-leading platform and marketplace. This role will deliver outstanding results in helping clients improve performance, build efficiencies, and manage change by utilizing technology and helping people get jobs.

  • Develop new business opportunities through a mix of professional networking methods.
  • Build a strong pipeline of fully qualified opportunities within the desired client market.
  • Proactively source your own new business. 
  • Work with local teams and marketing as appropriate to promote and convert the sales pipeline. 
  • Delivering confident, well-researched, and individually-tailored sales presentations to prospective client senior management that get the client's attention.
  • Develop pre-sales materials to i.e., proposals, client presentations, and return on investment calculations. 
  • Sharing of industry best practices with clients to maximize the value of our solutions and services. 
  • Negotiating commercials.
  • Becoming an Indeed Flex subject matter expert

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of business development or direct sales experience, specifically targeting enterprise-level business and contacts at C-level or above.
  • Experience selling a tech-based solution within the staffing industry.
  • Commercially minded with high-level attention to detail.
  • Superb ability to build rapport quickly within a face-to-face environment.
  • Previous experience in managing multiple sales processes through to completion.
  • Consistent track record of hitting targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Understands client business strategy, drivers, and priorities - understands the client’s vision, goals, strategy, drivers, plan, and priorities. Can articulate the client's formal and informal organization.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the client's business needs and anticipates clients' requirements beyond the current engagement to add value to their long-term business.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of and maps the power relationships in the client, as well as develops and delivers action plans to actively manage stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Managing personal impact - builds rapport and makes strong connections with individuals and groups. Identifies client's style and preferences and 'hot buttons'. Reads situations accurately and adapts style appropriately.  Invokes client confidence.
  • Interpersonal Communication - presents information concisely and articulately. Listens actively and questions effectively. Accurately interprets verbal and non-verbal signals and responds accordingly. Crafts key messages and produces tailored, concise, and powerful written communications.
  • Assertiveness / conflict resolution - uses a range of conflict resolution techniques to achieve own goals and strengthen client relationships. Challenges others effectively.
  • Facilitating - adopts a facilitative style and guides dialogue to achieve shared objectives and ownership of outputs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
  • Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce, such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc
