What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed-agreed new business targets and KPI’s on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
Lead executive level relationships with customer execs and attend and present at quarterly business review
Work closely with Channel Partners to drive new business and support their requirements from the partnership
Develop and execute against sales activity plan in order to achieve the agreed targets
Build and maintain relationships with new business prospects
Business Administration –manage the reporting of the KPI’s* and general CRM housekeeping
Sign up to and execute against a set of end to end sales methodology and processes
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
Be a key contributor to the Region overachieving its sales targets
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information and insights
What You'll Need
Essential Skills and Experience:
Minimum 10+ years IT sales experience and/or SaaS (ideally within Email / Messaging / Security / Networking preferable - IT Sales essential)
Proven new business sales achievement against target
Proven experience of both Direct & In-Direct sales model (channel)
Proven success in ANZ Enterprise Market
Understanding of Corporate IT teams and their buying processes
Results-oriented with a positive outlook
A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance and that of their team members
Comfortable with a high performance and dynamic environment
Qualifications:
Degree Level education (preferred but not required)
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $400k−$450k (OTE) 50/50 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
