About this role 

Udemy Business Leadership Academy (UBLA) is a cohort learning experience that brings leaders together to foster leadership that cascades through an organization, creating alignment on key business outcomes. Leaders move through our programs as a group, with short learning activities that easily fit into their workday. These include independent assignments, group discussion forums, and virtual live events.

The UBLA Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for developing and closing Udemy Business Leadership Academy sales for new and existing accounts across a range of companies, verticals and geos.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and close new and upsell Udemy Business Leadership Academy opportunities
  • Develop and execute on account based-selling approach to exceed goals
  • Accurately manage territory sales projections and share best practices with the rest of the team
  • Effectively align the UBLA value proposition to prospect needs through consultative conversations, capability demonstrations, evaluations and target-specific initiatives
  • Coordinate and work with the UB and UBLA team (Marketing, Product, Customer Engagement, Content, Legal, key executives) to ensure territory success; customer satisfaction, expansion and retention
  • Make our customers successful!

What you’ll have

  • We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving “hunter and closer” who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise sales (Leadership Development experience preferred) or equivalent
  • Success in opportunity creation and “full funnel” management of many opportunities
  • Proven history of exceeding targets in selling leadership development solutions to Enterprise organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement and/or senior executives
  • Insightful and effective business case and proposal creation
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Avid team player and great communication skills a must

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits, equity and uncapped OTE.
