Who you are.

You’re an early- to mid-career AE who’s ready to build something new. You’ve seen what good sales looks like at a fast-moving startup, and you’re ready to help us scale a rapidly emerging motion from the ground up.

  • You have 3–9 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or a complex solution space.
  • You’ve owned outbound pipeline generation and can open doors with persistence and creativity.

  • You’re skilled at multi-threaded, multi-stakeholder deals and can navigate complexity with ease.

  • You have a strong track record of exceeding quota and an obsession with learning fast.

  • You’re energized by building structure from ambiguity and iterating toward repeatable success.

  • Prior partnership experience is not required—what matters most is your ability to think strategically, build relationships from scratch, and create win-win opportunities that scale.

What you’ll do. 

You’ll build and execute a sales motion focused on developing strategic partnerships across key industries including manufacturing, construction, and retail. These partnerships won’t look like traditional channels; instead, you’ll identify and cultivate relationships that expand our reach and create new routes to market.

  • Identify, engage, and close partner-driven opportunities that create scalable go-to-market leverage.

  • Lead outbound efforts to uncover new opportunities and shape partnership models.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales leadership to refine value props.

  • Establish repeatable frameworks for partnership sales and shape how Spot AI approaches this channel.

This role is about impact and creation. You won’t just sell what exists. You’ll help define what’s next.

What Success Looks Like.
  • 30 Days: You’ve developed a deep understanding of Spot AI’s platform, visited customers onsite, and built a prioritized list of target partner accounts across key verticals.

  • 60 Days: You’ve secured at least one partner committed to a POC or pilot deployment, demonstrating early proof of motion.

  • 90 Days: You’re managing a healthy, active pipeline of partners and opportunities, setting yourself up to achieve success against a 7-figure annual quota.

Compensation and Benefits.
  • Annual On-Target Earnings: $155,000 - $200,000, comprising of a 70% annual base salary / 30% on-target commission split. Commissions are paid monthly, and are uncapped. The offered on-target earnings will depend on your location within the U.S. and your demonstrated skills and competencies for the role.
