About the Job: As an Enterprise Executive at Go1, you'll be at the forefront of our growth within the Enterprise segment. Your role is pivotal in identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, understanding their evolving training needs, and partnering with them to implement tailored learning solutions. You'll be the trusted advisor, championing Go1 as their talent development and workforce transformation strategic partner. This Account Executive will be responsible for sales in the Central region of the United States. It is preferred that the candidate resides in one of the following states: TX, OK, KS, NE, ND, SD. This role will also require up to 30% travel for business needs and in-person conferences.

Why You're a Great Fit: 

  • Must have seven years of experience selling into Enterprise businesses, preferably in a SaaS environment, demonstrating a track record of hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota targets. 
  • Possess the ability to understand strategic challenges and translate them into effective learning solutions. 
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and hunting skills, with the ability to open doors and secure meetings with key decision-makers. 
  • Excel in consultative selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and quota attainment. 
  • Naturally engage, influence, and build trust with senior decision-makers, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and executive presence. 
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools and software, leveraging technology to enhance sales effectiveness. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sale Navigator is highly preferred.
