The Role
Account Executive, Poland
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding Rapid7's presence across the Polish market. You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted relationships with customers, and position Rapid7's cybersecurity solutions to solve meaningful business challenges. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role with strong opportunities for growth and development.
About the Team
Our Sales organisation partners closely with customers to help secure their digital environments using Rapid7's full product portfolio. Account Executives are supported by Business Development, Channel, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver strong customer outcomes and long-term growth.
You'll join a highly collaborative, customer-focused team that works closely across functions and regions to drive value at every stage of the customer journey.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate and close new business opportunities across Poland. Specifically, you will:
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your territory
  • Prospect creatively to build pipeline and align Rapid7's solutions to customer needs
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Polish cybersecurity market, customer challenges, and competitive landscape
  • Leverage customer insights to influence strategic decisions and drive commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Channel, Solutions Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account growth

The Skills and Qualities You'll Bring
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle sales experience in software or technology, ideally cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated success generating revenue through prospecting and new business creation
  • Takes full accountability for achieving their number. Approaches achieving targets with tenacity, determination and a drive to succeed and understands the importance of precision and accuracy when reporting and forecasting
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to uncover customer pain points
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with a customer centric approach to problem solving
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Ability to work autonomously while balancing competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Fluent in Polish and English
