Responsibilities
- Own and grow an existing book of business within the Farm Credit vertical, with a focus on account expansion, pipeline management, and long-term relationship health across the customer lifecycle.
- Identify and close growth opportunities within named accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partnering closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales Operations.
- Navigate Farm Credit organizations effectively, understanding cooperative governance structures, and identifying opportunities to extend the nCino solution across business lines.
- Apply a consultative sales approach grounded in deep knowledge of the Farm Credit System, FCA regulatory requirements, and ag-specific concepts including crop cycles, FSA programs, and commodity-driven credit risk.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive upsell and expansion while supporting customer satisfaction and long-term reference ability.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships independently, engaging senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders with credibility and presence.
- Manage a complex, multi-stage pipeline while staying ahead of relationship health across existing customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software sales with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Deep familiarity with the Farm Credit System, FCA oversight, and ag lending structures (crop financing, operating lines of credit, real estate, equipment loans).
- Proven ability to build credibility with executive stakeholders and sell into mission-driven, consensus-driven organizations.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive results within a mature, saturated book of business.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The base salary range for this job is:
