As part of our US Enterprise team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that Trustpilot continues to grow across North America! The Enterprise Sales Team delivers our world-class review solutions to leading brands and retailers in the US and Canada. As an Enterprise Account Development Representative (EADR), you will prospect for new business as well as engage top target brands and verticals in close collaboration with our Enterprise Account Executives.

The EADR serves as an initial introduction to the Trustpilot team as well as our top practices across the organization. We are seeking competitive, enthusiastic, and, above all, motivated individuals with outbound sales experience. Your goal will be to pique the interest of C-level executives in businesses that can benefit from our products and solutions. 

In this role, you will:

  • Prospect new enterprise accounts for outreach as well as rework key existing accounts in your book of business
  • Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and generate an internal dialogue about our services 
  • Utilize various prospecting and contact sourcing tools like Sales Navigator, Vidyard,  Zoominfo, & Sem Rush 
  • Maintain an organized book of business using Salesforce.com
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls booked, qualified opportunities, and deals won from your meetings
  • Develop top-level skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role

We are looking for people with:

  • 9-15 months of outbound sales experience preferably within a SaaS or tech environment
  • A professional interest in building a career in outbound sales
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to advance in your role and beyond through clearly defined learning and earning paths
  • Self-disciplined, organized and ambitious. Able to consistently achieve daily and monthly sales goals and targets. 
  • Excellent communication skills with prospects and other reps on the enterprise team
  • Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, sales-team environment

  • A competitive base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 gross per year, plus a competitive commission structure. The base salary range stated doesn't include any variable pay such as bonuses or commission, awards made under Truspilot's equity program, or other benefits.
