This role blends account management and project management. You'll be the trusted, senior point of contact for our most important customers, working closely with their product and clinical teams, and you'll also own delivery, coordinating with our Engineering and Product teams to keep committed work on track. That frees our product managers to focus on building, while every enterprise account has one accountable owner.
About MedMe HealthAt MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we've facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America.
What You'll DoOwn our most important enterprise relationships. Be the primary, senior point of contact; own account health and the customer's overall experience.
Partner deeply with the customer's product and clinical teams. Understand their goals and workflows and be a credible, trusted counterpart.
Lead enterprise onboarding and go-lives. Bring new enterprise customers and new services live, from kickoff through launch, coordinating configuration, timelines, and every internal team involved.
Own delivery and project management. Coordinate with Engineering and Product to keep committed work on track; hold the plan, the timeline, and the risks. You can talk to engineers and keep a technical delivery moving.
Run the account cadence. Lead QBRs, regular check-ins, and status reporting with a repeatable process.
Manage the account at a high level. Drive retention, renewals, and growth across the relationship.
Be the customer's voice internally. Translate customer needs and priorities to Engineering and Product, and set clear, realistic expectations back to the customer.
Keep the house in order. Maintain accurate account records, assignments, and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
Proven enterprise account management experience, you've owned senior, complex client relationships and been accountable for their success.
Strong project management background, you've run software or delivery projects and worked hand in hand with engineering and product teams. You can coordinate a technical delivery without needing to write the code yourself.
Exceptional customer-facing presence, credible and calm with senior client stakeholders, product owners, and clinical teams.
A strong coordinator, you hold multiple workstreams, keep stakeholders and timelines aligned, and drive things to done without dropping details.
Excellent communicator, clear and organized, in writing and in the room.
Organized and proactive on risk, you get ahead of problems and communicate early rather than reacting late.
Comfortable in ambiguity, this role won't have a fully defined playbook on day one; you'll help build it.
Available now, you can start within ~30 days.
