エンタープライズ セールス アカウントマネージャーは、日本国内の大手企業・エンタープライズ顧客を担当し、当社のサイバーセキュリティソリューションを通じて顧客のビジネス課題解決および長期的な関係構築を担うポジションです。

プリセールス、マーケティング、カスタマーサクセスなどの社内関連チームと密に連携しながら、戦略的な営業活動を推進し、売上拡大に貢献していただきます。

本ポジションは欠員補充(バックフィル)であり、売上機会の最大化および既存顧客維持の観点から重要な役割を担います。

主な業務内容
  • 大手エンタープライズ企業を中心とした新規および既存顧客への営業活動
  • 顧客のITおよびセキュリティ課題を理解し、最適なソリューションの提案
  • プリセールス、セールスオペレーション、マーケティング等の社内関係者と連携した提案書・見積書の作成および提案活動の推進
  • 担当アカウントにおける売上目標(Quota)達成に向けた営業戦略およびアクションプランの策定・実行
  • 営業パイプラインの管理およびフォーキャストの作成・報告
  • 顧客との中長期的なリレーション構築およびアップセル・クロスセル機会の創出
  • 市場動向や競合情報の収集・分析および営業活動への反映
応募資格・求めるスキル
  • 大手企業(エンタープライズ)向け法人営業経験
  • IT業界、特にサイバーセキュリティまたは関連分野に関する知識
  • 社内外の関係者と連携し、提案を推進できる高いコミュニケーション能力
  • 売上目標達成に向けた戦略立案および実行経験
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語は基礎的な読み書き・会話が可能なレベル
  • 自発的に行動できるセルフスターターであり、チームワークを重視できる方
  • 顧客志向で課題解決型の営業スタイルを持っている方

Skills Required

  • Experience in corporate sales for large enterprises
  • Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity or related fields
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate internally and externally
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution to achieve sales targets
  • Native-level Japanese; basic English reading and conversation skills
  • Self-starter with a focus on teamwork
  • Customer-oriented and problem-solving sales approach
