Summary

As a Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through cold outreach and networking. You'll develop strategies to reach decision-makers at enterprise companies by identifying the right contacts, building a pathway to connect, and delivering clear value. Your role includes setting up meetings between prospects and Sales Executives, managing and expanding your database, and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

You'll also participate in pitch sessions, product demos, and training to strengthen your product knowledge and improve your effectiveness. Success in this role means consistently exceeding quota targets for qualified leads.


RequirementsWhat you'll do
  • Generate qualified Enterprise B2B pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, referrals, networking, and strategic follow-up.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders across enterprise companies in LATAM.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business potential, urgency, strategic fit, and enterprise readiness.
  • Own the follow-up process end-to-end to ensure no high-potential opportunity is lost.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Use multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events, and networking.
  • Identify creative ways to connect with hard-to-reach senior stakeholders.
  • Keep CRM data clean, updated, and actionable.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
  • Provide insights on messaging, lead quality, objections, and market feedback.
  • Consistently achieve enterprise pipeline generation and qualified meeting targets.
Who you are
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Qualification, or Pipeline Generation roles, preferably focused on Enterprise B2B.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • High sense of ownership and persistence in follow-up.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified meetings and pipeline in complex B2B sales environments.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Amplemarket.
  • Data-driven mindset with understanding of pipeline and conversion metrics.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
