💼What is the job?

Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the enrollment process for our services, ensuring they receive the support they need to navigate our financial products. Your primary goal will be to facilitate a seamless enrollment experience while providing education about our services and answering any questions that clients may have. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in the enrollment process for fiscal agent services.
  • Provide thorough explanations of available services and eligibility requirements.
  • Collect and verify necessary documentation for enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client enrollments and communications.
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up as needed to ensure successful enrollments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and enhance the enrollment process.
  • Stay updated on policy changes and best practices related to enrollment procedures.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service or enrollment support preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience in a healthcare or social services environment is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to client interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
