The primary function of the Enrollment Specialist role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients in facilitating insurance payer enrollments for electronic claim submissions and electronic remittances purposes. Key deliverables include addressing customer inquiries related to enrollment completion and complaint resolution. Specialists also process product/service activations and escalate any technical issues the client may be experiencing to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
- Process incoming Enrollment requests for Commercial/Government insurance plans for new and existing clients serving as liaison between the client and the clearinghouse, Change Healthcare
- Review and process Payer enrollment agreements that have been mailed to the Brightree Enrollment Team
- Manage and complete product/service activation requests by following configuration steps and setting appropriate feature settings in the Brightree operating system
- Coordinate and collaborate daily with internal and external partners to ensure a positive and successful Enrollment experience for our clients
- Respond to customer requests regarding system setup and activations
- Accurately document interactions with customers and vendors in Salesforce following standard processes
- Follow departmental procedures for case tracking and system updates
- Process customer and internal escalations per department guidelines
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of software products such as Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to follow documented processes and task workflows consistently
- Demonstrated ability to manage detailed tasks with accuracy and completeness
- Ability to multi-task and manage ongoing task priorities
- Demonstrated ability to complete analytical tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and within a group
- Ability to successfully communicate with customers and partners using verbal and written communication methods
- Ability to work standard business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of electronic insurance setups and processes
- 3+ years’ experience in healthcare claims and customer service

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $16.48/hr - $24.72/hr
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
