OverviewResponsible for all areas of enrollment and group set up as it pertains to the acquisition and retention of members for Optima Health. This includes functions associated with the administration of all group information: Interaction with members, employers and brokers. Acts as a resource and mentor to Customer Operations staff. Assists Management and training team with resolution of difficult or complex service issues. Serves as an internal liaison between Optima Health, employer groups, brokers and members. Researches and responds to telephone inquiries related to operational issues. Provides quality service and education to customers. Supports OH strategies specific to customer satisfaction and financial accuracy. Communicates policy and system-related issues to support process improvements. Assists with special projects and assignments.
