How YOU will make a Difference:
The overall purpose of this role is to accurately maintain enrollment records to include loading new enrollments, processing changes and terminations, reviewing electronic enrollment reports, assist with group set-up for groups that are renewing, and other duties as assigned.
What YOU will do:
  • Maintain eligibility for groups per their contract and plan guidelines.
  • Assist with the group set up for new & renewing groups.
  • Collaborate as needed with the File Enroll team to ensure accurate data is sent in the 834 files.
  • Daily ID card processing, template creation and updates.
  • Work with internal partners to address group concerns.
  • Identify ways to innovate and improve our current processes.
  • Ability to document processes and related information that is applicable to team.

Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success:
  • High School Diploma required, AA degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working in healthcare required, prior experience working with benefits/enrollment is preferred.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to compose communications with members and clients.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as provide team support when needed.

Compensation The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $24.50/hr - $26.50/hr for a level II and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. While we are looking for level I, we may consider level II for highly qualified candidates.
