This position is responsible for focusing on customer acquisition and retention by providing prospective members with all qualifying services available and creating solutions best fit for the member’s needs.

This role…

  • Interacts with external and internal customers in a professional, helpful, and courteous manner.
  • Assists in the processing of new member referrals and entering member information into company databases.
  • Escalates member complaints or concerns to more senior team members.
  • Answers member questions using scripted and non-scripted responses.
  • Maintains access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials.
  • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

We are interested in speaking to individuals with the following…

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Zero (0) plus years of related professional experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with teams.
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary: $16 - $18 / hourly
