JOB SUMMARY

The Enrollment Coordinator coordinates and liaises among the school’s three enrollment functions—Admissions, Financial Aid, and Quality Control—to move prospective students through the enrollment funnel from initial lead to class start. The Coordinator actively tracks each prospect’s status, coordinates hand-offs between departments, and maintains direct contact with prospective students to address gaps and prevent students from falling out of the enrollment process.

• Make follow-up calls and send follow-up correspondence to prospects who have previously called or visited Apex.

• Review and complete all documents necessary to finalize prospective students’ enrollments.
